The spacious room was nice, but I found a bug in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and especially our grandson! The hotel was conveniently located near Jacksonville attractions, so we could explore places like the Jacksonville Zoo, where he loved seeing the animals. The beds were notably comfortable for our long nights.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could use more housekeeping services to better accommodate families with little ones.

I had a pretty good time here. The staff were super nice and made me feel welcome. My room was decent, loved the fluffy pillows! But the table was a bit dirty, which was kinda a bummer. Definitely need to keep it clean. Had a decent breakfast too. Overall, no major complaints!

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a bottle of water at night, which I still remember. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

There were some noticeable maintenance issues. The trash bins around the property were overflowing, and our room had clogged sinks that weren't addressed during our stay. The coffee maker looked unclean, and even a bug managed to escape from it. Also, being on the second floor with no elevator access posed some challenges, especially when carrying luggage or if someone needs assistance.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Museum of Science and History and had fun at the zoo. The room was clean and included a fridge and microwave, which was super handy. The location is also close to great dining options like Denny's and BBQ places. Absolutely recommend it!
